Hello and welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store, or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Skirting and Window Boards.

These products are held in stock and are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a next day service. (weekdays)

Deliveries over 20kg Glass and items over 1.5m long

Please ensure you have the appropriate personnel required for the delivery to ensure you comply with the

Manual Handling Regulations 1992.For more information is it - http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/indg143.pdf .

It is not the drivers responsibility to carry goods on to site.

If you can not provide personnel please contact us prior to delivery so extra personnel can be sent. There is a £100 per delivery charge for this service per person. Bulky products 3m or longer or products over 40kg may require two extra personnel for safe unload.

Glass Deliveries

Please ensure a safe clean flat surface is ready for the delivery of glass timber battens or carpet is required to prevent breakages.

We reserve the right to terminate deliveries where the above conditions are not met. You will be recharged for re delivery  £20.00 plus £1.00 per mile plus vat.

Fascias Soffits and Guttering

Most products on this site are available from stock. Deliveries are normally notified 24hrs in advance with most products being despatched within 24 hours (weekdays).

Polycarbonate Sheets and Timber supported Roof Bars

Roof bars and polycarbonate sheets are normally delivered in 2 working days. Larger orders may be delivered via our own transport.

Manufacture Made to Measure Roofs

We aim to deliver self supporting made to measure roof kits inside 5 working days. (this can vary according to work loads) We manufacture our own roofs in our factory.

Door Canopies

Made to order products GRP door canopies columns door surrounds and cantilever carports etc delivery times can vary according to the work load at the time of ordering but normally delivery is within 7 days. Lightline door canopies and railings are normally held in stock. The larger door canopies are delivered on our own transport.

Fencing and vynil cladding

Some fencing and coloured is delivered from Poland and takes 3 weeks arrive.

Gravel Boards and posts are in stock and should take 2 - 5 days to arrive. Bulk orders are delivered on our own transport.

Manufactured Products

Porches skylights roof lanterns bi fold doors etc are delivered on our own transport from our Bristol site. We will contact to you arrange a delivery time when the goods are ready for dispatch.

Small Items

Smaller orders gutter fittings silicone glues corners joint cat flaps and dog doors are sent via a carrier and are normally dispatched within 24 hours on a 1 - 2 day service.

Carports

Carports are normally delivered in around 3 - 5 working days.

Bitumen and PVC corrugated sheets.

These corrugated sheets are delivered in approx 3 - 5 working days.

Hunter Guttering

This product will take approx 7 - 10 days to arrive.

Delivery Cost

Small postable items of less than 1.5m are sent via a carrier at £4.99 Bulk item delivery charge starts at £17.99. Most orders should be £17.99 or less.

Deliver times are only given as a guide we can not guarantee and delivery dates or times.

On dispatch you should receive an email to let you know the products are on there way.
